Maxcess Opens RotoMetrics Rotary Die Manufacturing Plant in Huzhou – Nonwovens Industry Magazine


Maxcess, a global leader in innovative products and services for web processing applications, announced the opening of its new RotoMetrics rotary die-cutting facility, a Maxcess brand, in China. The new plant will manufacture and refurbish magnetic cylinders for flexible die applications and full rotary die tools. This new state-of-the-art facility will provide customers in China and the Asia-Pacific region with better products and convenient localized services.

“This is great news for Maxcess,” said Nang Young, VP/GM APAC. “After more than a year of preparation and development, we are very pleased to see magnetic cylinders being produced in Huzhou. Strong rotary dies are also being tested, with full-time production expected in the second half of the year. 2022. With approximately 5,000 square meters of manufacturing space, the new plant will provide products and services to customers in the packaging, labeling, rotary processing and other industries.

The Huzhou plant is an important facility in Maxcess’ global manufacturing footprint. To ensure a consistent production process and high manufacturing standards, major production components of the Huzhou factory were imported from the United States. In addition, processes and operating systems, quality management systems, supply chain systems and warehouse systems comply with Maxcess global standards. to ensure the high quality of the products.
