Promoters increase stake in Indian denim maker Vishal Fabrics

Vishal Fabrics Limited (VFL), part of the India-based Chiripal Group, and a denim manufacturing and fabric converting unit incorporated in 1985, announced that its promoters have increased their stake in the company by acquiring 10-16,000 shares of the free market company this month. The assets of promoters increased by 1.54% in the company.

The promoter group (Savitridevi V Chiripal) of VFL bought 511,000 equity shares on August 12, 2021, followed by an additional 5,05,000 shares on August 23. disclosures for each transaction have been duly made to the exchange, ”the company said in a press release.
