Studio Manager and Social Media Coordinator


We want you! Heckler is looking for a talented, bubbly and dynamic Studio Director and Social Media Coordinator to join our team!

Heckler is an internationally award-winning visual effects and post-production studio based in Sydney and Singapore. We are looking for someone to manage our studio. The role is integral to portraying Heckler as a professional and welcoming organization. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, partners, suppliers and guests, so customer experience is key to this role. You will also be the go-to person for all studio coordination and production assistance, so a natural ability to multi-task is a must. We are also looking for someone to coordinate our social media channels and community management.

Studio Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the creative industry
  • Technology savvy: Mastery of Ms Word, Ms Excel and Google Suite, Adobe Suite a bonus
  • Great attention to detail

  • Manage all customer needs during their visit to Heckler
  • Coordination of all office and meeting requirements
  • Catering management
  • Telephone management
  • Organizing postage, couriers and bulk mail
  • Administrative support: photocopies, printing, scanning, binding, etc.
  • Manage all office supplies and orders
  • Ensure general areas are tidy
  • Management of customer and supplier database
  • Manage the list of birthdays and anniversaries of internal staff
  • Organization of gifts for key customers
  • Organization of client functions and Heckler social events
  • Provide PA support to company directors: diary management / travel coordination / administrative support
  • Manage relevant industry awards

Social Media Coordinator:

  • Assist the Social Media Manager in creating, developing and maintaining social media platformsManagement of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategy
  • Organize + create content meticulously
  • Thorough understanding of Hootsuite Content Planner
  • Community manager
  • Purchasing Content from Creatives/In & Out/Managing Directors
  • Uploading content ensuring signature/credits are correct
  • Weekly social meetings with internal team, external PR/social agency and SG team
  • Campaign management
